My Journey with LotusOcean

In this post I want to share my personal experience with LotusOcean and Guru Prashant Trivedi.

LotusOcean was founded by Guru Prashant Trivedi and represents a deeper understanding of human existence. The lotus symbolises balance, symmetry, and inner awakening, while the ocean represents the vast field of life in which we exist. Together, LotusOcean points to the journey of becoming centred and balanced within reality.

Over the past ten years, LotusOcean has influenced me deeply. Before discovering it, the world felt confusing and overwhelming. Through its teachings I experienced what I can only describe as real meditation and real knowledge, helping me develop inner stability and clarity.

What makes LotusOcean meaningful to me is its practical guidance on living in harmony with the self and nature. It highlights the natural laws that govern the human body and reminds us of the simple ways we should care for it. At a time when many people are searching for answers about health and wellbeing, I found its guidance authentic, practical, and rooted in natural understanding.

One of the most important lessons I learned is the role of posture and body control in maintaining balance. The body is within our control and, in many ways, it is the only thing truly under our control. By focusing on posture in daily life, I have been able to maintain greater balance and stability.

My journey began through an interest in astrology. While researching, I came across an online interview with Guru Prashant Trivedi. He spoke about the importance of internal sorting through balance before learning anything else, emphasising that the body must first be brought under control. His words resonated deeply with me and inspired me to reach out. From that point, I began learning meditation and the principles of wellbeing.

Over the years, the teachings, classes, and films have helped me become more centred, aware, and aligned in daily life. Through consistent practice, I have experienced greater mental stability, clearer perception, and a deeper connection with nature and the body.

Guru Prashant Trivedi emphasises practical application. His guidance is timeless because as long as a human being has a body, these principles remain relevant. The teachings show that when the body is balanced through correct posture, internal stability follows. Without balance, difficulties such as an overactive mind, stress, and anxiety can arise. Restoring balance within the body is a direct way to address these challenges.

Through this path, I came to understand what true wellbeing means and the genuine effort required to cultivate it. Wellbeing is something everyone seeks, yet it is rarely taught in a meaningful way. In today's world we are constantly told what to eat and what to follow, but much of this guidance can be misleading and take us further away from true balance.

I remain grateful for the role LotusOcean and Guru Prashant Trivedi have played in my journey. I continue to learn, apply these teachings, and grow through this path.
